Courses and Retreats
Pathways to Mindfulness offers a variety of opportunities to learn and strengthen your practice. Courses lean into instruction on various mindfulness topics. Retreats provide a deep dive into mindfulness practices by disconnecting from distractions and staying focused in the moment for a longer period of time.

The Basics of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction introduces participants to mindfulness of body, thoughts, and emotions. It is a good introduction for beginners and a refresher for experienced practitioners. Each week of the course, I will send out a video recording of the session and handouts with additional materials related to the course.
We offer the course by donation to Pathways to Mindfulness.
