Dharma Reflection Group

Connect with others in this group as we explore how the Buddha's teachings about reducing suffering and increasing happiness are relevant today. There is no need to become Buddhist.  We take a secular, non-dogmatic approach to our study of the Dharma teachings.  

This is a drop-in group with no fixed rate.  Financial contributions are greatly appreciated.

Morning of Mindfulness

Join others on the path during this monthly, 3-hour, silent "mini-retreat." Each session offers the mindfulness practices of sitting and walking meditation, movement, and reflection on incorporating mindfulness into daily life.

This is a drop-in group with no fixed rate.  Financial contributions are greatly appreciated.  

This retreat is offered online on the 2nd Friday of the month. 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Central Time/

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time
