Ongoing Groups
We have several ongoing, drop-in groups to help people develop the skill of mindfulness as a way to greater freedom from the physical, mental, and emotional patterns that create stress. Descriptions of our current groups can be found below.
Give yourself the gift of 30 minutes for relaxing your body and renewing your mind with the support of a facilitator in an online group setting.
Each session includes a brief reflection on a topic related to mind-body health, gentle stretching and deep breathing through mindful movement, and a guided meditation.
We offer the meditation circle free of charge. Donations to Pathways to Mindfulness are always welcome.
Online, Tuesdays, 12:00 – 12:30 PM Central Time/
1:00 - 1:30 PM Eastern Time.
This group offers support to those who are familiar with the practice of Mindfulness and want to build on their skills. Connect with others in this group as we explore how the Buddha's teachings about reducing suffering and increasing happiness are relevant today. There is no need to become Buddhist. We take a secular, non-dogmatic approach to our study of the Dharma teachings.
This is a drop-in group with no fixed rate. Donations are greatly appreciated.
Online, Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:30 PM Central Time/ 7:00 - 8:30 Eastern Time
