How to Use Our Guided Meditations Library

The videos below are intended for use as audio guidance. There is no need to watch the images to gain the value of the recordings. We recommend using these recordings in a safe location, free from distractions, where you may give your full attention to the instructions.

Dropping Anchor

Use this short exercise to step out of your habitual thought patterns and refocus your attention on your here-and-now experience. Dropping anchor increases your ability to respond rather than react to what is happening in the moment.
